Today we visited Auschwitz, we were driven by Christopher who was fantastic. He gave us lots of advice and recommendations for our stay in Krakow. He went above and beyond to be help throughout the whole excursion. This man is a great ambassador for Krakow direct and would recommend him to anyone who wanted to receive first class service! Thank you for a wonderful day.

I came to Krakow at the star of December with a group of friends. We were met at the airport by one of your drivers Lukaz (hope I have spelt that right) he was very friendly and shook hands with each of us, on the way to the hotel he talked about our holiday and pointed out places where we could eat and places to visit. We booked to go to Auschwits, Lukaz arranged this for us and arranged that he would be our driver on the day. He booked us up at the arranged time and on the journey he chatted and pointed out places of interest at the end of the day we asked if he could drop us off at the Jewish quarter which he did and showed places where we could eat. On our last day some of our group returned home on the morning and had a different driver on the airport transfer and so we could not than

Hi myself my husband and two friends experienced the salt mines and auswitch private tour yesterday. Our driver was Christopher and although i don\'t usually leave reviews he was so outstanding that we felt we must feedback! He was punctual attentive and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend your company and in particular Christopher! All in all an excellent trip which was certainly value for money.

We just got back from our tour of Auschwitz and the Salt Mines, and I would like to say that it was an absolutely fabulous experience. It was very well organized, and our driver, Lukasz, was amazing - extremely sweet, thoughtful and informative. Thanks very much for this experience.

Thankyou to your company for the very efficient,friendly,safe and well organised service you provided for our short trip to Krakow. It was my first visit to Poland and travelling alone with my 15year old daughter I wanted to feel safe. As soon as we were met at the airport I knew we were in safe hands. Matthew was brilliant and told us all the sights as we drove from the airport. He confirmed our pick up time for our trip the following day and suggested bringing some food as it would be a long day. Ziggy picked us up spot on time the following day for our long day to Auschwitz and the Salt Mines. He greeted us with a huge smile and made sure we were all ok throughout the day. Our flight on Saturday evening arrived 30 minutes early and your driver was still there to collect us .Again the driver arrived to collect us on Sunday morning for our Auschwitz tour promptly and the van was clean , comfortable with TV screen which worked perfectly .On our return to the airport your driver again arrived promptly, introduced himself and got us to the airport without any problems . All journeys we had booked with yourself went smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kraków Direct to everyone and anyone visiting Kraków. Outstanding service which we appreciated very much and made our trip to Poland very enjoyable.

A quick note to say that all of the guides provided by Krakow Direct were excellent, and we will highly recommend the service to other travellers. We want to specifically mention Matthew, the young gentleman who guided us on the “food tour” on Monday, September 3. He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and it was delightful to spend time with him. He was intuitive about our preferences. It was a special experience.

Today we had the pleasure of being driven to and from the Wieliczka Salt Mines by your driver Lukasz Kajor. My girlfriend and I are travelling from Australia and Mr. Kajor gave us excellent, personal recommendations about the best restaurants, pubs, and attractions in Krakow, as well as an efficient round trip from our destination. Good morning, I wanted to say thank you. On the evening of the 21 June we were let down by our intended tour provider. As your office opened at 7:30 I called you. I spoke to a lady who managed to get us on a tour of Auschwitz and the Salt Mines for that day and a little over 20 minutes later we had been picked up. The whole day was fantastic and whilst we were able to say thank you to the driver, I did not get the chance to thank the lady on the phone. Please forgive my ignorance as I didn’t get your name, but you helped make a good trip into an amazing one and a bad experience with one company into a superb one with yours. Just wanted to say that we went on your Auschwitz-Birkenau tour today, 21 June. We were picked up from the Radisson Blu Hotel and the whole day with our guide was fantastic and well organized. But the star of the show was Michael/ Mikhael (hope I have the spelling correct) who was our driver. You cannot ask for a more dedicated and passionate person. He should be the guide for the whole day with his inspiring passion and incredible love and knowledge of Kraków and surrounds! Thank you very much and kind regards

Hi! I just wanted to pass on my gradiute towards your company and staff after our tour on Saturday 16th June. We booked last minute for the Auschwitz-Birkenau tour the day before. We were well informed by email and phone about the internery of the day and pick up. We were picked up right outside our apartment right on time in a fabulous spacey and fairly new Mercedes 6 seater by our lovely driver Jacob. The taxi bus then dropped us back to exactly where we wanted. We were blown away by how well organised and presented it was. Isobel Cox was our guide at Auschwitz and Birkenau her knowledge and compassion was so heartfelt and professional my friend who is a guide herself here in Ireland was most impressed too as was my teenage son who took it all in And at the salt mine Tom was wonderful too. Last Sunday I was being driven by one of your drivers – unfortunately I can´t remember his name – but he picked me up in Czestochowa and drove me to Krakow Airport. He was very punctual – he actually came before time. His English was excellent, which made it possible for me to have an enjoyable talk with him. Two weeks ago I got a ride with a man who I had to ask whether he could stop the car since I was getting car sickness due to his driving, so I was a bite worried about booking at KrakowDirect. Simon was there on promptly on Friday morning to take us to Auschwitz and the Salt Mines, followed by Tom on the Saturday who took is to the Polish Air Force museum and Schindler’s factory tour.
