We had a great experience with you a few weeks ago. We booked a driver from Krakow to Auschwitz (without a tour). Our driver was Peter, who was extremely friendly, funny and informative. We loved talking to him during our drive. He was punctual (even early), drove safely and gave us the best tip of the day -- where to eat lunch at Birkenau! Dzien dobry J I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the service I received during my own trip to Krakow last week. All 3 drivers I/we had were fantastic. I thought it important to add a special mention for the gentleman who took my sister and I to Auschwitz-Birkenau (Sorry- I can’t remember his name!), he was absolutely fantastic, showing us where to “check-in” with our pre-booked tickets. A really lovely guy, who is an asset to your company. I would not hesitate to use you again in the future, and I would gladly recommend you to any friends/family visiting Krakow in the future. I am pleased to continue to use you for our clients, and I feel even more confident now that I have seen your high standard for myself. Honestly, this service made our holiday! I booked the tour to Auschwitz with them for myself and three friends and then I realised I could book the airport transfers too. Everything was absolutely effortless! Michael met us at the airport, what a friendly guy with a great sense of humour, gave us loads of tips about Krakow, the sights, food, etc. Such lovely clean cars too! We were collected from our accommadation for our trip to Auschwitz, it was a very comfortable journey with a 15 minute video to prepare us for what we were going to see. At all times, we were looked after and guided to where we needed to be. I could not recommend this service enough and will definitely be using them again when I\'m back in Krakow. Such an effortless, stree-free holiday because of them. Thank you!

Hello, Just a quick note to inform you we really did enjoy your Auschwitz - Birkenau - Saltmine tour we participated last week. Most friendly driver and exquisite tour guides on field! Both guides were that much involved so that their way of explaining the facts did leave lots of impressions and things to think about. You could hear and feel that they did the guiding with their heart and it was far from just being a story they were telling for the 100th time... It did feel like every word they spoke touched them as much as it did to us!! Great service ! Christopher our driver made everything fantastic for our group of four. He even had extra umbrellas for us as it was a very cold and rainy day. His helpful hints for not only Auschwitz but Schindlers Factory made it a fantastic journey ! ASK for Christopher to be your driver !!

What an excellent company. As our flight was delayed Paulina sorted our reservation for Schindlers factory. Jaro our driver was so helpful in making sure we got into the factory. He was very pleasant and knew his history. The company were never late for our pick ups from hotel for our tours. The vehicle was spotless. An amazing Company.

My daughter took me to Krakow last week for a birthday treat and we would like to say a big thank you to David who picked us up from the airport. He took us to Auschwitz then the following day we booked to go to Zakopane. David spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable we cant believe how much we saw and did during our few days in Krakow he was on time for every pick up and gave us so much information. Hi Anna, I would like to take this opportunity to commend your company on the high calibre of your driver, Michael. Both on the pick up at the airport and the return journey from the hotel in the Czech Republic, he was punctual, arriving at the allotted time on both occasions. He had a good command of the English language and was thoughtful, courteous, considerate and had an engaging personality. It is not without some trepidation that you have to arrive in a foreign country to be met by a stranger and to have to spend three hours travelling in their company. To all the staff, This is the first time my daughter and I have visited Krakow and it won\'t be our last. Before I booked the trip I used Trip Advisor to find out the best airport transfer to the hotel and also for the various tours we wanted to do. I have travelled around the world and I have never used one company for everything!! I did this as a result of all the positive comments on Trip Advisor. From the pick up at the airport to our drop off back at the airport our week\'s holiday was nothing short of outstanding!! You have a company where all the drivers (Two Peter\'s and Brian. Unfortunately we can\'t remember the name of the gentleman who met us at the airport, sorry) were extremely polite, easy to talk to and were there to make your tour/trip go without any problems. They all achieved this to an amazing first class standard. We booked to do the Auschwitz/birkenau, Salt mine, Schindler\'s factory and the shooting range!! There was one particular person I would like to thank personally and his name is Peter. We had a few very interesting discussions and I said this to him at the time that I learnt so much from him when he took us on the Salt mine and Schindler\'s tour but especially the shooting range day!! Nothing was too much trouble for Peter or indeed any of the other drivers. The shooting day was out of this world and it is something we cannot do here in the UK. It was run very well. I will post on Trip Advisor but in closing a BIG thank you to everyone at Kraków Direct for making this a very memorable holiday indeed.
